Renting event equipment from Prestige is simple. Here's everything you need to know to go from idea to celebration in just a few easy steps.

Step 1 — Browse & Choose Your Package 🎉

Start by exploring our curated Event Packages designed for groups of all sizes:

Small Party Package — Perfect for 20-30 guests (tables, chairs & linens)
Medium Event Package — Ideal for 40-60 guests (tent, tables, chairs & linens)
Premium Event Package — Best for 60-100 guests (large tent, Chiavari chairs, cocktail tables, bar & more)

Need something custom? You can also browse and add individual items to build your own setup.

Step 2 — Select Your Event Date 📅

Once you've chosen your package or items, select your rental dates using our booking calendar. Our system automatically checks availability so you'll only see open dates.

Tip: Book early — weekends and holidays fill up fast!

Step 3 — Customize & Add Extras ✨

Make your event truly special by adding on:

📸 Photo Booth
🌡️ Heaters or Fans for outdoor comfort
⚡ Generator for outdoor power
🍹 Additional Portable Bar

Just add any extras to your cart alongside your package.

Step 4 — Book & Confirm 💳

Complete your booking online. You'll receive a confirmation email with all your rental details, delivery window, and what to expect on event day.

Step 5 — We Deliver & Set Up 🚚

Our team will deliver your rental equipment to your venue within the agreed delivery window. We'll make sure everything is in place so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Pick Up also Available

Prefer not to pay delivery fee? Have the right vehicle to accommodate picking up your items? Just confirm pick up on the checkout screen and we will do the rest and work with you on making sure you have the right size vehicle and schedule a time to pickup and drop off/return your items. We are very flexible.

Step 6 — Enjoy Your Event! 🥂

That's it — just show up and celebrate. We handle the rest.

Step 7 — We Pick Everything Up 📦

After your event, we'll return to collect all rental equipment. No heavy lifting, no hassle.

If you picked up your items, we would already have a return date and time setup with you during pick up. We will follow up to confirm all is going as planned.
