Frequently asked questions
How quickly should I expect everything to be setup?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We offer setup on our Mirror PhotoBooth and tents. We arrive 2-3hrs ahead of time to setup. We ask that you make the event space available and accessible 2-3 hrs ahead of the event start time.
What are your return policies?
We ask at least 7 day notice before a cancellation. We reserve the right to hold any security deposit if notification is not provided 7 days in advance of the booking date. In addition a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do we return all the items to you after finishing?
If you paid a delivery fee we will deliver and pickup the items. If you did not pay for delivery, we will work with you for an agreed upon time that is convenient for both Prestige Event and Entertainment Rentals and you to return the items. We ask that you confirm ahead of time that the space is big enough or has power to support the equipments. We can provide specs as needed. If in the day of delivery the space is not suitable for the equipment we will only refund 50% of the total charge but work with you for any other arrangements
What if I want to rent for multiple days?
Most of our items are by the day and will be calculated by the day. Any item rented out by the hour will also continue at specified rate
